On Wednesday, January 26th the Independent Living Residents at Westminster Village in Dover enjoyed dinner prepared by three Chefs as part of the Cura Hospitality Traveling Chef series.

Chef Drew Kendall from Sycamore Woods and Chef Andrew Patner from Westminster Woods, both located in PA joined Westminster Village Chef Cindy Medeiros for cooking demonstrations and dinner service.

Residents enjoyed freshly made Crab Ravioli with Roasted Tomato Alfredo, Saffron Risotto with Baby Spinach, Tomato and Toasted Walnuts and Pan Seared Beef Tenderloin with Peppercorn Sauce. The Chefs served Cherries Jubilee Flambe for dessert.
