Mary Ann Poling
Mary Ann is responsible for overall campus success and compliance in accordance with established Presbyterian Senior Living policies and procedures and federal, state, and local regulations. She oversees quality of care, innovations in services, resident rights, effective staffing and the fiscal stability of Westminster Village.
R.E. “Tyler” Hoff
Assistant Executive Director and Health Center Administrator
Tyler brings more than 15 years of acute healthcare and senior care experience to the Westminster Village team. Tyler serves as the licensed nursing home administrator for the Health Center and Assisted Living facilities with ancillary responsibilities throughout the community to support the Executive Director.
Director of Nursing, Health Center
Elsie brings 15 years of nursing administrative and leadership experience to Westminster Village and is responsible for the organization, supervision and overall management of our 60-bed skilled nursing facility. She is known by her colleagues as having the “right insight” and continues to empower and motivate others to care for seniors with a holistic approach.
Assisted Living Resident Services Director
As a registered nurse, Jason’s background in patient care and management attributes to the success of our residents at Westminster Village. Being a strong resident advocate, Jason is committed to serving our residents with enthusiasm and positive energy and ensures that our Assisted Living residents maintain a safe and happy lifestyle at Westminster Village.
Director of Environmental Services
In this diverse position, Dennis is responsible for providing timely, competent and professional delivery of housekeeping and maintenance services while maintaining a focus on the safety and security of the grounds, buildings, offices and equipment. He manages numerous campus projects and ensures compliance with fire marshal regulations, Medicare and Medicaid federal and state regulations, as well as Presbyterian Senior Living policies and accreditation standards.
Sales Director, Independent Living
Karen conducts tours of the Independent Living community and plans social events that allow prospective residents and their families to meet and mingle with our current residents. Having served as the community’s Director of Admissions for Assisted Living and Health Center, Karen hopes to serve each resident and prospective resident in the spirit of the Presbyterian Senior Living mission of understanding, compassion and belonging.

Quinna’s background is in marketing and sales in the assisted living and health care fields. This experience, in conjunction with our exceptional service, gives our prospective residents and family members the trust and confidence needed when choosing our community over the competition.
Independent Living Resident Services Director
Peggy manages the Independent Living community including oversight of our At-Home Services program. She coordinates services, initiates programming and facilitates transitions to higher levels of care. Peggy also engages residents in Masterpiece Living, a research-based initiative that empowers our residents to discover new hobbies, set and achieve new goals and live life to it’s fullest.
Genesis Therapy Program Manager
Mary oversees a team of physical, occupational and speech therapists dedicated to maximizing independence and quality of life for Westminster Village residents.
